Returns + Exchanges

Thank you for shopping small at Vault California. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we'll be happy to assist you!

Exchange Policy:

Qualifying items bought in store and online must be notified for return within 14 days of original purchase date for an exchange or a store credit ONLY. Receipt must be present. There will be a 7 day grace period to return qualifying items.

Qualifying Items:

Items that qualify for an exchange or store credit are full-priced clothing, full-priced accessories, and full-priced gifting with all original tags/packaging in place. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Non-qualifying Items:

Items that are marked "final sale" are not eligible for return or an exchange. This includes items in our "sale" section.

Online Returns:

If you'd like to make an online return please email us at "HelloVaultCalifornia@gmail.com". Vault California is not responsible for shipping return costs. We suggest using USPS.

In store Returns: If you'd like to make an in store return please check our current store hours as they change seasonally.
